In this application story we take a closer look at the results of the Svar Complement Assays when analyzing how the complement system is affected by a drug candidate.
We showcase results from the study of inhibitory effect of eculizumab on the complement system using two biomarker assays, one cell-based assay, and the functional Wieslab assays, and how these assays are powerful tools for analyzing the effects of complement targeting drug candidates.
