In this scientific poster, we showcase that normalization of drug-induced reporter gene activity, relative to the expression of an internal standardization gene under the control of a constitutive promoter, renders assay results independent of cell number and also provides a means for correcting for serum matrix effects and allows cytokine levels to be quantified even in sera with a relatively high level of cytotoxicity.
The iLite® technology can be adapted for many applications throughout the drug development phases including drug manufacturing processes such as the quantification of vector potency and functionality or the detection of neutralizing anti-drug antibodies (NAb).
