Meet us at the 14th International Conference on Complement Therapeutics

We are very excited to be back, in person, in the complement arena as we exhibit and sponsor the International Conference on Complement Therapeutics again.

At Svar, we offer functional and biomarker assays that can be used to explore every angle of complement system involvement in a wide range of application areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to connect with one of our scientific experts to see what Complement System solutions might suit your project.

DON`T MISS OUR POSTER PRESENTATION!

Measuring C5a with a functional bioassay

For every biological active drug, there is a need for a relevant functional assay, a bioassay. The ideal bioassay is based on the mechanism of action (MOA), and can be utilized for several purposes, like efficacy and potency measurements, and release testing in CMC.

In this poster, we demonstrate how Wieslab® pathway specific functional Complement ELISAs easily can be used to measure the potency of complement inhibition of any of the complement factors involved in the cascade. The pathway specific ELISAs are especially useful for assessing potency of drugs targeting the early complement factor, while inhibition of the terminal pathway can be measured with any of the complement ELISAs.

Meet Svar Life Science at the International Conference on Complement Therapeutics.

A conference that brings together leading experts from academia, the biopharma industry, and drug regulatory agencies to discuss the latest developments in complement therapeutics, clinical trials, and new aspects of complement-driven pathophysiology in emerging indications.

With over 15 years experience of  complement system assay development, our complement system assays have been developed by our experienced scientists in close collaboration with key opinion leaders, to yield sensitive, reliable and easy-to-use products for the exploration of most aspects of the complement system.
