Interpretation
HLA-DRB1*10: 01 and antibodies against extracellular epitopes of IgLON5 has been reported in patients with insomnia characterized by parasomnia and sleep apnea. This condition affects predominantly elderly patients (average age of 60) and is evenly distributed between men and women.

Tolkning
HLA-DRB1*10:01 och antikroppar mot extracellulära epitoper på IgLON5 har påvisats hos patienter med en speciell form av sömnstörning som karakteriseras av parasomni och sömnapné. Detta tillstånd drabbar oftast äldre patienter (medelålder på 60 år) med jämn fördelning mellan män och kvinnor.
