Serum: <1:10 negative
CSF: negative
Result
Results are reported as negative or positive. A positive result is followed by a titer (serum).
Interpretation
Autoantibodies against CARP VIII are associated with malignant melanoma with paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration (PCD).
