Interpretation
IgM-antibodies against trisulfated heparan disaccharide (TS-HDS) are reported in a subgroup of patients with small fiber neuropathy (SFN).
TS-HDS IgM-antibodies seem more frequent and specific for SFN than IgG-antibodies against fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3).

Tolkning
IgM-antikroppar mot trisulfated heparan disaccharide (TS-HDS) har rapporterats förekomma hos en grupp av patienter med fintrådsneuropati (SFN).
TS-HDS IgM-antikroppar förefaller vara vanligare och mer specifika för fintrådsneuropati än IgG-antikroppar mot fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3).
