Diagnostic test for antibodies against Collagen VII (IgG). For suspicion of autoimmune skin disease, such as pemphigoid and differential diagnosis of pemphigus, EBA etc.

Suspicion of pemphigoid and differential diagnosis of pemphigus

< 1.0 negative

Result

Results are reported as negative or positive with ratio.

Interpretation

These antibodies may occur in Epidermolysis Bullosa Acquisita (EBA).
