Results are reported as negative or positive with a ratio.
Interpretation
Anti-envoplakin (IgG) antibodies occur in PNP (paraneoplastic pemphigus) association with lymphoproliferative diseases like non-Hodgkins’s lymphoma and CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukemia). Antibody concentration correlates with disease activity and may be used to monitor treatment efficacy.
