IgA-antibodies against Beta-2-Glycoprotein-1 are included in the SLICC-criteria for SLE and have been reported to occur in “seronegative” cases with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), i.e. without detection of lupus anticoagulant, IgG and/or IgM antibodies against Cardiolipin and/or Beta-2-Glycoprotein-1.

IgA-antikroppar mot beta-2-Glykoprotein-1 ingår i SLICC-criteria för SLE och har rapporterats förekomma i “seronegativa” fall med antifosfolipid syndrom (APS), dvs utan att lupus antikoagulans, IgG- och/eller IgM-antikroppar mot kardolipin och/eller beta-2-Glykoprotein-1 kan påvisas.
