Normal: ≤ 0.220 pg/mL
Borderline: 0.220 – 0.340 pg/mL
Elevated: ≥ 0.340 pg/mL
Result
Results are reported as a concentration in pg/mL.
Interpretation
The level of phosphorylated Tau 217 (pTau217) in blood is associated with the pathological processes in Alzheimer's disease. The pTau217 level may therefore be useful as a biomarker in the investigation of cognitive impairment.
