Result
Results are reported as negative, borderline, or positive with concentration.
Interpretation
IgA-antibodies against TG2 is a strong marker for celiac disease and the probability for diagnosis increases with the level of antibodies. Generally, at the time for diagnosis the level of these antibodies is considerable higher than borderline provided the patient is not on a gluten free diet.
