Diagnostic test panel for ANA (HEp-2) and antibodies against ANA specificities (Sm, nRNP, SSA/Ro60, SSB, Scl-70, Jo-1), Cardiolipin (IgG, IgM), Beta-2-Glycoprotein 1 (IgG, IgM), PR3, and MPO. For suspicion of inflammatory systemic disease.

Clinical background

The result of the panel can indicate diagnosis:

  • ANCA – Vasculitis
  • ANA, ANA-specificitet screen(Sm), anti-dsDNA, anti-kardiolipin, anti-beta2-glykoprotein – Systemic Lupus Erythematosus SLE
  • ANA-Screen, ANA-specificitet screen (nRNP) – Mixed Connective Tissue Disease MCTD
  • ANA-Screen, ANA-specificitet screen (SSA/SSB) – Sjögrens syndrome (SS)
  • ANA-specificitet screen (Jo-1)-Myositis
  • ANA-specificitet screen (Scl-70)-Sclerodermia

A negative result does not exclude diagnosis.

  2. Prepare your samples

    Serum: At least 1 mL serum (plain serum tubes without additives).
