The iLite® CD19 (-) Target Assay Ready Cells are homologous to the target CD19 (+) cell line and can be used as a negative control in assay assessing Abs directed towards CD19.
iLite CD19 (-) Target Assay Ready Cells are genetically engineered human cells (Raji, ATCC# CCL-86) depleted of CD19 expression.
The cells can be used as a target negative control together with iLite® CD3 Effector Assay Ready Cells for the measurement of bi-specific CD3-CD19 antibody activity.
