Instructions for sending samples

Sending the correct and sufficient sample material, along with a complete and clear request form, is crucial for receiving a fast result. Our website provides information regarding the sample material and volume for each test. Below are important instructions to help you, as a customer, ensure that sampling, sample identification, and transport to Wieslab are carried out correctly.

Ordering from Wieslab Diagnostic Services is simple

  1. Choose the relevant request form.
  2. Select the test panels or individual tests you wish to order. Feel free to use our search function on the website.
  3. Invoicing details must always be filled in on the request form.
  4. The test result will be sent to the address specified on the request form.
  5. Send the completed request form along with samples to:
