Product Overview
The Complement TCC is a flexible and easy to use immunoassay for determination of the terminal complement complex (TCC, also known as sC5b-9). The assay is well adapted for assessment of complement activation in applications spanning in vivo and in vitro complement activation and inhibition studies.
Complement TCC is an excellent marker for complement studies in basic and translational research, clinical study, and safety studies of medical devices and drugs..
TCC is also well suited for studies of complement activation during the development of pharmaceuticals and medical devices (biological safety testing). Measurement of TCC is part of the recommended tests for assessing complement activation according to ISO standard 10993-4 for hemocompatibility testing.

Please note: All reagents in the kit are ready to use except the wash solution. The reagents should be stored at 2- 8°C. Components from different lots shall not be mixed.
