Interpretation
IgA-autoantibodies against cardiolipin are included in the SLICC-criteria for SLE and have been reported to occur in “seronegative” cases with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), i.e. without detection of lupus anticoagulant, IgG- and/or IgM-antibodies against Cardiolipin and/or Beta-2-Glycoprotein-1.

Tolkning
IgA-antikroppar mot kardiolipin ingår i SLICC-criteria för SLE och har rapporterats förekomma i “seronegativa” fall med antifosfolipidsyndrom (APS), dvs utan att lupus antikoagulans, IgG- och/eller IgM-antikroppar mot kardiolipin och/eller beta-2-glykoprotein-1, kan påvisas.
