IgA-autoantibodies against cardiolipin are included in the SLICC-criteria for SLE and have been reported to occur in “seronegative” cases with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), i.e. without detection of lupus anticoagulant, IgG- and/or IgM-antibodies against Cardiolipin and/or Beta-2-Glycoprotein-1.
