Interpretation
Anti-SSA/Ro60 antibodies occur mainly in Sjögren's syndrome and systemic lupus erythematosus but can also be seen in other rheumatic systemic diseases and are associated with small fiber neuropathy. During pregnancy, anti-SSA is associated with neonatal lupus.

Tolkning
Anti-SSA/Ro60 förekommer framför allt vid Sjögrens syndrom och systemisk lupus erythematosus, men kan även ses vid andra reumatiska systemsjukdomar och associeras med fintrådsneuropati. Vid graviditet är anti-SSA associerat med neonatal lupus.
