Product Overview
The Wieslab® Complement System Screen kit is an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative determination of functional classical, MBL and alternative complement pathways and determination of complement deficiencies in human serum.
The Wieslab Complement assay combines the specific activation of each pathway with the use of labeled antibodies specific for C5b-9, a neoepitope of the terminal complement complex produced as a result of complement activation. The amount of C5b-9 generated is proportional to the functional activity of complement pathways.
This product is also available as research use only - Product code: COMPL300 RUO.
