iLite® IFN beta 1a (950 IU/mL), is a stock solution of recombinant IFN beta 1a, for use as a stimulator of iLite® Type I IFN Assay Ready Cells (BM3049), after appropriate dilution.
The iLite® IFN beta 1a (950 IU/mL) can be used for the stimulation of iLite Type I IFN Assay Ready Cells according to the below Application Notes. Ensure matrix conformity between reference and samples when preparing the IFN beta 1a for use as reference in the assay.
