Luciferase Reporter Assays
Svar’s functional cell-based bioassays use our proprietary iLite® technology, a cleverly engineered system with target-induced reporter gene readout. They offer ease of use and robustness and can be developed for virtually any pharmaceutical target. Most of our cell-based reporter-gene assays come with a secondary reporter gene that acts as an internal control, compensating for differences in cell number and matrix effects.
