In addition to this, and to complete the picture, our newly launched CDC Bioassasy, built upon the same technology, provides a versatile and assay-ready platform to assess antibody-mediated Complement-Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC) accurately.
They are all based on a Luciferase reporter gene system and offer a convenient and powerful way of measuring the efficacy of antibodies to elicit ADCC, ADCP and CDC in vitro.
